Redwood burl slabs. three inchs thick, seven feet long and up to three feet wide. These slabs have been air dried for thirty five years in a garage. Come by and see what we have.

13'long 30" wide and 3 " thick curly grain old growth redwood. As near as I can tell, The tree that gave up this slab was around 730 years old





This slab adorns a counter top in Morro Bay, California..

After planing and hand sanding for 18 hours, It was ready to recieve some Watco danish furniture oil. Watco penetrates and seals. Next is the first of eight coats of Urethene satin with a diamond hard finish and sanding inbetween every coat w/ 220 paper

This slab is to narrow for most projects. I think it will remain in stock until the right project comes down the pike. It would be a shame to cut it down in size for a smaller project. Its not always about the money to be made. Each piece of slab has a destiny to fulfill as long as its in my possession. This slab is from a 100 year old Coastal Redwood and measures thirteen feet in length and twenty four inchs in width.
